Psychotherapy services may be provided in person or via secure telehealth platforms, in accordance with applicable state and federal laws. Telehealth services are only offered to clients located in states where the clinician holds an active license.

To request records, please submit a written request to your treating clinician or to the practice directly. Requests may be submitted via email, or in writing via mail. Records will be provided in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
